ORDER PROCESS
Please know that I am always working on improving the ordering process to ensure a faster turnaround time. I run this shop alone, so please allow up to at least 3-7 business days for your order/s to be shipped.
All prices are final.
I also occasionally include freebie/s.
IMAGE ACCURACY
Colour variations between on-site previews, your screen and printed product may occur and are to be expected.
PAYMENT
- I only accept BPI, BDO Paypal. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal.
- I do not offer Cash On Delivery and thus, paid for your shipping fees upon pick up of your orders. For PH customers, please be advised that there should be NO fees to collect upon receiving your order. Should courier ask for shipping payment, please get the rider's name and report to LBC Customer Care at 02 88585999.
PACKAGING
- Your order/s will be mindfully packaged using eco-friendly materials.
- I try my best to ship using eco-friendly or recycled materials by lessening the usage of plastic but still be able to protect your orders. Plastic sleeves will be used for paper products such as but not limited to, decks, prints, journaling items and other future product launches.
SHIPPING
- Local shipping is via LBC. International Shipping is via LBC - DHL only.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Shipping fee is based on weight, location and size of the package.
- All orders will be shipped on Mondays - Fridays only. There will be NO shipping during Full Moons, Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
- Business days are Mondays - Fridays only.
- I do not have any control of courier's shipping fees and delivery schedules.
- I will not responsible for any weather related damage, delays, lost, stolen or any handling concerns once package has been shipped and released to you.
- Should you receive your package in poor conditions, please take photos or videos for proof and email me at thewhimsicalarcane@gmail.com so I can file a report with the courier + send you a new order / process your refund (case to case basis).
TRACKING
- You will receive a tracking number with tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. Shipping update usually takes about 24 hours (more if they are having a systems maintenance or delay in shipping schedule) after the parcel has been picked up.
- It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their tracking if the item has arrived.
- All International Customers are responsible for any Customs / VAT fees that occur when the product arrives to your country.
LIABILITY
- Please provide COMPLETE AND CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. I am not responsible if your package went missing or marked as undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information that was provided.
- Please provide your FULL NAME for identification purposes done by the courier when they deliver your parcel. This is to ensure that they are delivering parcels to the correct owners.
- As per LBC's policy, should your parcel be returned to me for INCORRECT ADDRESS, you will be asked to pay for shipping again.
- Customers should accept the responsibility to frequently check the status of the shipment to avoid missing courier delivery.
- If the item was not claimed and was shipped back to me, the buyer would have to shoulder the new or additional shipping cost to reship the item.
- Other concerns will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Because majority of the products listed on this shop consists of nudity, this shop is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
